How it all started
We completed
construction of our dream home on Kerr Scott Lake in Wilkesboro, NC
in early 2003. One day as we were sitting on the deck straining to
look at the lake through the deck railing, my wife said “you built
me a house, now build me a chair that allows me to look over the rail.”
What a neat idea! I thought I would take the easy way out and find
one on the Internet – nothing doing. Together, we designed and produced
the first Overlook Chair™. It was an immediate success. One of her
visiting friends saw it and promptly ordered four chairs. The rest
is history. We know you will enjoy your chairs, too.
